Our upstairs A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air. Again. This was probably the third time I'd had it checked out, but the first two times it started working again by the time the repairman arrived to check it. Finally got a possible diagnosis, with two possible solutions. His hunch was correct and the repair fixed the problem.

Mark was a blessing to us he got the air on in record time also knowledgeable not to mention pleasant.

I requested a technician who wasn't available today and Bailey's sent Mike. Yeahhh...he was AWESOME!! He worked quickly, was patient with my questions and explained everything. Somehow, he also managed to make me laugh with his corny jokes after being in a miserable "hotbox" all day with minimal air! Both HVAC technicians from Bailey's were courteous and professional. I will request their services every time! For those of you with a home warranty, in case no one ever told you, you can specify a local service such as Bailey's instead of a service company outside of the local community!

Mark was the technician for the service call. He was obviously well qualified for the job at hand. He knew exactly what the problem was; communicated that to me in a clear and friendly manner and accomplished the task at hand. Mark gave me a feeling of complete confidence in what he was saying and doing. Bailey's has one excellent employee in having him. He has my fullest recommendation. I should also mention the person, I believe...Stephanie?( I could stand corrected on that name; made a few phone calls that day) that took my original phone call to Baileys should also receive a "heads up". Mark did a repair a few days ago. At that time he explained the need for a maintenance contract. Today he came to do the winter service. He was very professional and really knows his stuff about furnaces. I am a new homeowner and he was very helpful and explained the best way to use the furnace and how to save money.

Hey Now... Mark did a great job with diagnosing the problem with my heat pump. I felt confident when he arrived in a clearly visible and well maintained vehicle. I use American Home Shield to help with the costs of maintaining my home. In the past, they would send service people who looked a little on the shady side. If the first team of techs had done the work requested there would be no issue. I had to call a tech in at night to fix a leaking AC caused by the techs that came earlier in the day. Mark Z came out and made it right for that I am thankful and will probably use your services again if the need arises.
