Mark was the technician for the service call. He was obviously well qualified for the job at hand. He knew exactly what the problem was; communicated that to me in a clear and friendly manner and accomplished the task at hand. Mark gave me a feeling of complete confidence in what he was saying and doing. Bailey's has one excellent employee in having him. He has my fullest recommendation. Mark did a repair a few days ago. At that time he explained the need for a maintenance contract. Today he came to do the winter service. He was very professional and really knows his stuff about furnaces. I am a new homeowner and he was very helpful and explained the best way to use the furnace and how to save money.

Hey Now... Mark did a great job with diagnosing the problem with my heat pump. I felt confident when he arrived in a clearly visible and well maintained vehicle. I use American Home Shield to help with the costs of maintaining my home. In the past, they would send service people who looked a little on the shady side. If the first team of techs had done the work requested there would be no issue. I had to call a tech in at night to fix a leaking AC caused by the techs that came earlier in the day. Mark Z came out and made it right for that I am thankful and will probably use your services again if the need arises.

I put in the request through home shield on Sunday. They called me back on Monday and were here Tuesday. The HVAC Tech Mark arrived earlier than I expected and had the problem fixed in about 45 minutes. The service was fast and efficient.

After 12 days at the end of June with no AC we would have been glad to see anyone coming up our driveway with a new air conditioner. We waited that long because we had to resolve a home warranty issue but it only took Bailey's a couple of days to get us up and running. The unit we ended up with was an upgrade from what we originally purchased, so of course that was good. The installers worked late to get us taken care of and that was very much appreciated. We got a great warranty, a fair price and would be happy to recommend this company for both product and service.
