Arrived on time. Fast and competent. Mark said the job would take at "least two hours." Assignment completed in 90-minutes. Both techs also left the job site clean. Digital tolerance level set. It was the air-conditioning unit worked on that services the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and hallway of our home.

Mark is a asset to Baileys heating and air. He was very professional and took time to service and educate us on our system. Would highly recommend him and baileys.
Mark was thorough in finding the cause of our A/C's poor performance. I was sure it was low on refrigerant. But he checked it and that wasn't the problem. He explained that the poor performance was because the unit needed a cleaning. He performed the cleaning on the spot and was able to get it included as part of my AHS service. I was very happy with Mark today.
I was not happy that I had to call again in May,after you were already here to fix the A/C in April. So apparently the previous tech did not do his job! thank god Joey came this time. Also,I had to pay for refrigerant again @ $51. per lb for 2 lbs
Joey called ahead to confirm I was home and to verify his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. His entire visit was a good one. I was disappointed that I could not get same-day service, since it was 88 degrees in the house last night, but I was glad Joey came to the house earlier in the day today. I know this is not a Bailey's concern, but I am still smarting from the co-pay for the AHS coverage for refrigerant. $10/lb is hardly a reasonable coverage for a product that costs $52/lb. All in all a good experience with Baileys. I would prefer that you respond to all of our AHS calls in the future.
Mark had previously been to our home on at least 1 occasion and, once again, did a very good job of repairing our aging AC unit. We appreciate y'all very much.

Mark showed up on time, diagnosed both problems (upstairs and downstairs units were both down); got one issue fixed within minutes, and got the part ordered quickly. Left the areas he worked at clean and neat afterwards.
I was given a service window of 12:00 to 5:00 pm. Mark called at roughly 3:00 to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained the issues I was having with my AC. Mark went straight to work. Once he had completed the job, he explained what he had done. Mark also explained the benefits of a service contract with Bailey's. Overall, I feel Mark did an outstanding job. He was friendly and professional and ensured the work area was clean when he finished the job. I would highly recommend Mark and Bailey's to any friends needing HVAC maintenance.
