Justin was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unrelated to Justin, I had to call to find out whether or not my part had come in after waiting over a month without a refrigerator......to include over the Thanksgiving period. I expected that I would receive a call to set up my service repair as soon as the part came in, not the other way around.

Our upstairs A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air. Again. This was probably the third time I'd had it checked out, but the first two times it started working again by the time the repairman arrived to check it. Finally got a possible diagnosis, with two possible solutions. His hunch was correct and the repair fixed the problem.
Mark was a blessing to us he got the air on in record time also knowledgeable not to mention pleasant.
I requested a technician who wasn't available today and Bailey's sent Mike. Yeahhh...he was AWESOME!! He worked quickly, was patient with my questions and explained everything. Somehow, he also managed to make me laugh with his corny jokes after being in a miserable "hotbox" all day with minimal air! Both HVAC technicians from Bailey's were courteous and professional. I will request their services every time! For those of you with a home warranty, in case no one ever told you, you can specify a local service such as Bailey's instead of a service company outside of the local community!
Mark was the technician for the service call. He was obviously well qualified for the job at hand. He knew exactly what the problem was; communicated that to me in a clear and friendly manner and accomplished the task at hand.
