We had a problem with our heating/air system and needed some emergency service. After checking online reviews for this kind of service we decided to give Bailey's a try since we found they had the highest of those listed. Mark and Hunter came that day and told us we would need to have the heat strip replaced because it had burned out. The price he quoted was more than several hundred dollars which included the diagnostic emergency visit. They needed to order the part so would have to come back later when it came in. Lo and behold they called the next day to make an appointment to back out. Mark said that instead of replacing the heat strip he could fix the one that had burned out which would save us a couple of hundred dollars. We were very happy to hear that because we're on a fixed income and this meant a lot savings wise. The service and professionalism demonstrated by both Mark and Hunter throughout was above and beyond what I've come across recently. Thanks Bailey's!
