AHS customer, problems with air conditioner & furnace for past couple of years, house hot more days during the summer than cool. AHS finally authorized repair for new part, compressor but instead of just $75 service fee there would be an additional charge of $65 for removal and $325 for freeoze! Joel R assistsed first off by the loan of a window air conditioning unit which was a godsend because of course during the Labor Day weekend I my air was not working, bought fan which only blew hot air. It was time for a new unit, I was tired of living in house during hottest part of summer. In fact, I had to leave my home & travel to stay with my daughter, TOO Hot before getting window unit.
