He took his time to make sure that every part of our HVAC system was checked out, as well as putting in the effort to explain everything he was doing and how things in the system worked to us. We were able to get an appointment for the next day when our system stopped working. Yes, Hunter provided great service. But it never should’ve been necessary. The system was just put in around six months ago and it something came loose wire that should not have so I recommend you figure out which technician put that unit in and give him feedback because Trane HVAC systems are not supposed to have there Electrical wiring call part after six months specially, as hyped as your installation was by Joel so I’m glad you put the system in as much as y’all talked about how wonderful your installation was and how I was everyone else’s. I would’ve expected him to deliver that just saying thank you so the service is wonderful , installation is questionable
