Our upstairs A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air. Again. This was probably the third time I'd had it checked out, but the first two times it started working again by the time the repairman arrived to check it. Finally got a possible diagnosis, with two possible solutions. His hunch was correct and the repair fixed the problem.
