Joel came out and basically educated me on the different options and units they have. Compared to other companies, who just come out, look at your a/c, and tell you you need to buy an expensive unit, Bailey's Comfort Services actually sit down with you and teach you about what is an a/c and how it works. I had this one "technician" from another company come to my house, take a look at the unit, and tell me nothing was wrong with it; all the while, charging me $80. That same day, Joel R. came out, looked at my a/c unit, taught me how to read the label, what the components of the serial numbers meant, sat down with me and taught me about the different options I had available, and did not charge me a dime. Basically, I have a single a/c unit to cool my two story house; and while it works just fine, it is a non variable unit. What my house needs is not another unit for the upstairs bedrooms as many imply, what my house needs is a unit that stays on at different levels; a variable speed a/c unit, as opposed to the single speed it currently has. I would most definitively recommend Bailey's Comfort Services over any other company. They will come and teach you a thing or two about air conditioners; as opposed to all other companies I've dealt with in the Evans GA area that simply look at your equipment, shrug, ask for money, and leave... Justin was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unrelated to Justin, I had to call to find out whether or not my part had come in after waiting over a month without a refrigerator......to include over the Thanksgiving period. I expected that I would receive a call to set up my service repair as soon as the part came in, not the other way around.
