I have to say that when I called your office on Jan.9th, my unit died on one of the coldest days of the year. They put me in touch with Joel right then. He was at my house within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything so a lay person like me could understand. He is very (very,very) good at his job. I have a elderly mother living with me, so I needed heat quick. The crew was here bright and early the next day, they work through lunch so they could get the job finished . I could not have made a better decision to call Bailey's. The office staff, the technicians are very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to all involved...y'all definitely deserve every star and then some!
