My husband and I quickly discovered that our AC went out in the early hours of Sunday morning and having been sweating since.... Jason our technition who came out to the house was very friendly and was able to diagnose and fix our air conditioning in all of 20 minutes. I know that the service I have always received quickly was slower this time because of the heat we have had around here. I know that waiting a week is hard but I have never had to wait a week in the past, you were quick. I do understand that you came really late but at least you came the day promised. I hope that if I need your company in the future that you will give me the same quality of service you have given previously.
